The team

The Founders and directors of Eristep are capable of executing in all activities in their chosen areas of interest. With combined experience of more than 25 years as entrepreneurs and in management and executive positions, the company has a young, dynamic, energetic and highly motivated team of leaders, who all have extensive experience and expertise in their relevant fields from reputable institutions.

Nondumiso Sybil Gazi holds a B.Pharm degree from the University of the Western Cape. Other academic qualifications include an Advanced Primary Drug care course with the School of Pharmacy at the University of Potchefstroom plus various business related short courses. A graduate of the Succeed programme (a yearlong mentorship collaboration by the Business Women’s Association, Business Partners and De Loitte and Touche’).

Vocational engagements range from Hospital pharmacy (Cecilia Makiwane Hospital, Frere Hospital), Corporate institutions (Direct Medicines, Liberty Healthcare/ Corporate Benefits and Consultancy as well as Pfizer pharmaceuticals). Current engagement is in retail pharmacy as a managing member. Therefore, gathering experience in the Hospital, Managed Healthcare, Corporate Benefits, Pharmaceutical and retail pharmacy industries.

Gerald Peters has over 25 years working experience within government and corporate sector. He was until recently employed as Regional Director, Security and Forensic Investigations, Sub-Saharan Africa at ABSA Capital. He holds qualifications in risk and business management and is currently completing a BA (Hons) Business Management with the University of Lincoln (UK).

Gerald possesses valuable skills in enterprise risk management, strategic planning, and risk management. His attributes are good people skills, mentoring and coaching.

Ditebogo Dawn Storom has had extensive and successful career and experience as a Private Sector Development Specialist at USAID and the UNDP. She holds a BComm Degree from the University of the North West and an MBA from the Tshwane University of Technology.

She has studied Leadership Development and Change management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston USA and Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.

She was a Re-engineering Specialist at USAID and has facilitated Leadership Development Programmes accredited by the University of the Orange Free State on behalf of Thinking Fusion. She has been running a successful clothing retail business for the past fourteen years.

Our involvement in the business sector will contribute to the improvement of social infrastructure and wellbeing of communities by contributing to the alleviation of the plight of unemployment and poverty. We aim to provide professional expertise and authentic commitment in all of our business endeavours as a means of ensuring complete satisfaction of our clients and thereby ensuring the sustainable growth of our business.
